Support Worker | Bridgend | Full Time – Days & Waking Nights
£12.60 – £12.80 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
39 hours per week | Rolling two-week rota | Can include both wake and sleep night duties.

We’re now looking for Support Workers to join our friendly team at our beautiful four-bedroom home near Bridgend, set on two acres of peaceful countryside. This welcoming home offers a safe and nurturing environment where you’ll help the individuals in our care build confidence, develop life skills and work towards independence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the daily needs of the adults in your care, ensuring their emotional and physical wellbeing.
- Building strong, trusting relationships that help them feel safe, valued, and supported.
- Being a positive role model, promoting independence and everyday life skills.
- Supporting with activities at home, in school, or out in the community.
- Working closely with your team to tailor support to each individual’s needs.
- Keeping accurate records of daily progress, activities and incidents.
- Helping with general household tasks like meal preparation and cleaning.
What we’re looking for:
- A caring, resilient and compassionate approach to supporting others.
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and waking nights on a rota basis.
- A full UK driving licence – due to the peaceful, rural location of the home.
- Previous care experience is great, but not essential — full training will be given!
(Please note: This role involves regulated activity with adults, and requires an Enhanced DBS with barred list check.)
