Make a Real Difference, Close to Home
If you’re someone who is caring, patient and enjoys helping others to live happy, fulfilling lives, this could be the perfect role for you.
At Priority Childcare, part of Orbis Education & Care, we run five small residential homes across the Swansea area. Each one is designed to feel warm, welcoming and genuinely homely — never institutional.
Because our homes are small, our teams get to build real, meaningful relationships with the adults we support. You’ll have the time and space to understand each person’s routines, preferences and goals, helping create a calm, consistent environment where they can thrive.
Our homes support adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. We focus on building confidence, developing life skills and supporting people to live as independently as possible.
If you’re looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact and be part of a close knit, supportive team, we’d love to meet you.
